Lars Lundmann has worked with recruitment for most of his working life. He has written a PhD thesis on the subject, given lectures and published books and articles on the practice and psychology of recruitment. As a recruitment consultant and business psychologist, he has both researched and practised selecting candidates and counselling job seekers in new directions. Lars is an expert in the use of cases and knows the importance of uncovering both professionalism and personality in a recruitment process. He works from the philosophy that most people can do most things - given the opportunity and the right framework.
