Caseflow does not use artificial intelligence to screen, evaluate, rank or profile candidates. Candidates' results are calculated solely on the basis of predefined and deterministic scoring criteria, which are determined and approved by the data controller.
The scoring engine does not include machine learning, adaptive logic or probabilistic modelling. The final decision on selection is always made by the data controller.
