The way we recruit people has been the same for decades and needs to be updated. At Caseflow, our mission is not to streamline current recruitment processes but to change them for the benefit of business and society. We aim to bring changes that can help any individual to have a meaningful work-life and companies to grow through a more diverse and competent workforce.

Our mission
To unleash the full potential of individuals and organisations using cases solved digitally and anonymously.
With conscious and unconscious biases about which employees are right for us comes a significant risk of making unqualified, and ultimately wrong, decisions. A solution to this problem can be found in the use of cases, solved anonymously, which, in addition to reducing bias, is considered by research to be one of the best predictors of future job performance. At Caseflow, we enable companies to use cases, at scale, across the employee lifecycle. From everything from initial employer branding and attraction, to initial screening, selection, pre- and onboarding and training. Digitally and anonymously.
Cases solved anonymously allow companies to discover hidden talent and potential, while the individual gains concrete insight into the tasks that come with the job, and thus has the necessary prerequisites to assess whether the job matches competencies as well as motivation.
Sustainable Development
The UN’s world goals were adopted at a UN summit in 2015 and set a course towards more sustainable development for people and the planet we live on.
At Caseflow, we work actively to support two specific goals and sub-goals.

8.2 Greater economic productivity must be achieved through diversity, technology, and innovation. Among other things, by focusing on labour-intensive sectors that provide high-value sustainable development.

10.3 Everyone respectively must have equal opportunities, and thus social inequalities must be reduced. That can be achieved by, among other things, eliminating discriminatory laws, policies and practices and by promoting appropriate policies, legislation and actions for that purpose.
Our story
Caseflow consists of Lars Lundmann and Thomas Tornerup. We are here to help Danish companies and institutions make a difference - a difference that can solve the skills shortage, make it easier for candidates to change career paths and create greater diversity in the workplace.
